After having got a couple of quotes for a roof inspection and dry verge installation. I noticed workers fixing a neighbours roof, they did a good job, so I took the number from the backof their t-shirts and gave Lewis a call. His quote was very competitive. Excellent service from the point of contact. They came out quickly to provide a competitive quote and had the work completed shortly after. The team were all efficient and respectful of the property. We used LPB Building & Roofing to build our full width single storey house extension. We couldn't have wished for a better company to undertake the work. They arrived on time every day, worked hard while they were there and left the property tidy each night. The quoted price was the price I paid and there were no quibbles about the small changes which we asked them to make. Had Lewis and his team carryout some small works inside the house upstairs, Lewis communicates very well both before the job starts and throughout, the team are very professional and made sure there was no mess at all, which was a high risk on this job, they are very professional and get on with the work they are extremely courteous which is a real bonus. My initial contact was responded to promptly by Lewis and a thorough inspection of the work required was done before a quote was given, with full explanation of what was involved.I was given an assurance that the job would be done as soon as possible and an approximate date was given. The scaffolding was erected a few days prior to the work commencing and the job was started within the time frame promised.The work was done to an excellent standard and all the workforce were really pleasant and as unobtrusive as is possible to be when doing such a job, keeping any inconvenience to ourselves to a minimum.I have no hesitation in recommending this professional company for their reliability and high standard of workmanship.
