My wife called here yesterday to have her car tyre pressures checked as she was getting a “low pressure” warning on her car. The technician checked the tyres and inflated as required. However, the warning was still on the dash and hadn’t been checked by the technician to verify the changes he’d applied had resolved the problem. When my wife got home she said the warning was still on and when I checked the pressures myself, all the pressures were worse than they were originally! There was 7psi difference between the two rear tyres and 3psi difference on the front tyres which were both under inflated. I corrected the differences using a bicycle foot pump at home and the warning light went off. This is one of the easiest jobs to do on a car and for professional technicians to get this wrong is unacceptable and suggest staff are refreshed on this process.

Having a puncture as a result of driving over a nail , I needed a quick replacement due to an imminent hospital appointment. My Ford Ka doesn't come with a spare. ATS Tyres had the size I needed in stock. I attend their Denbigh unit + my tyre was checked. I was advised my tyre was repairable and within minutes it was. I'm impressed . ATS could have just sold me a new tyre but they didn't. I'm pleased to have found an honourable retailer. Thank you ATS.

Amazing service. Got my tyre pressures checked. Guy thought I had a puncture. He had a cancellation so fitted me in for tyre change but first said he would check tyre. Turned out it was the valve that was leaking. Fixed there and then ! Other places would have ripped me off for a new tyre etc etc . So pleased

I've taken my car here for a few years now for it's MOT. I honestly feel that I get a genuine service and am not getting ripped off. As a single woman this means a lot. Thanks guys
