Graeme was really friendly and professional from the outset. Came out on time and immediately started to identify the source of the leak and took the time to explain everything. Made initial repairs but there was more to it. Was quick to explain the further repairs required and the reasons why. Came back put before Christmas to finish the fix and as a result we didn't have to shell out 3k plus on a new boiler! Won't hesitate to use again. Thanks Graeme and team!

I had an issue with a burst pipe that had been repaired by a 3rd party and I was asked by my insurer to get this checked by a qualified plumber. I had called Graeme and he checked that the repair was completed and safe. I found him very efficient and professional, thanks again for your assistance, I would most certainly use them again.

Glow installed a new bathroom in our tenement flat. They were really helpful from the word go, giving us advice and answering our many questions, from the initial consult and planning sessions, through to sourcing fixtures and fittings and the install itself. Our bathroom wasn’t an easy one to pull together because of the age of the building, but we are delighted with the end result. The bathroom looks fab and is a joy to use. Would definitely use the company again.
