JUST LOOK NO FURTHER for SERVICE and TRUST - Dean was very fast to respond to my call on Saturday early morning. He offered to visit me on Sunday early morning to investigate a hornet nest which was giving me a true cause of concern having two young children. Dean solved my problem quickly, he gave me peace of mind (priceless) - he also recommended there was no need of treatment and as a result he did not charge the call out. JUST OUTSTANDING. The other 4 companies I contacted have yet to return my call and I will let them know if they do call back why they lost my custom and any future one.

When I first contacted Dean he was quick to respond and very knowledgable. He came and sorted the problem out in a very professional manner, was always bang on time, and he revisited several times to make sure everything was sorted.I would highly recommend Dean and would happily use his services again..... hopefully I won't need to though :o)

I cannot recommend Dean highly enough.I contacted him about an issue I had on a Sunday. He responded immediately despite being on holiday. He came round as early as he could and sorted my problem within 30 minutes.I am so grateful as I now feel safe in my own house again. As well as sorting out my issue Dean could tell I was extremely worried and took time to reassure me.Outstanding 5 star service. Dean probably should be wearing a Cape. After what has and still is somewhat turning out to be quite a traumatic experience with a horrible pest issue, Dean was super fast to respond and answered any questions we had prior to his visit. Resolved our issue in the loft and has offered to follow up on another visit if need be to make sure all is well.Don't wast your time contacting other pest control companies that are not willing to carry out the work. Contact Dean and he will take care of you quick time.

Dean was punctual and professional dealt with wasps nest quickly. Highly reccomend his service he's very friendly and makes you feel comfortable about any situation.I have used Dean for bed bug removal also which I was worried about and he was very professional and delt with the situation quickly.

After having a number of wasps in my garden room over a few days my husband called Dean . He came within a few hours , located a nest and treated it . He also sprayed the garden room to treat the wasps indoors . Dean was extremely professional and friendly and said he would come back if needed in a few days . We had to take him up on this offer and phoned him first thing in the morning three days later . Dean was with me within a few hours and did further investigations , again treating the problem without any further cost to ourselves . The problem is now sorted and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Dean . He was amazing .

We called Dean after hearing scratching noises in our loft space and cavity walls. We tried unsuccessfully to solve the problem ourselves and it was giving us sleepless nights. Dean came the next day and was very knowledgeable and experienced gave us confidence that he could help us. His methods were successful and the noises stopped after two days, but Dean returned on two further occasions to check everything. We would use Dean again and would highly recommend his services.

Dean was very quick to respond to my initial enquiry and came back with not only a quote but lots of information to help me and what he would need me to do prior to his visit. He arrived on time and explained what he was going to do and what I needed to do after his visit. He was really friendly and helpful. He automatically arranged two visits to correspond with fleas life cycle. So far, very pleased with the difference since his first visit, as no longer feel like I'm being eaten alive!
