DO NOT USE THIS COMPANYWe have had appalling customer service, countless emails and phone calls from our project manager, site foreman and our admin team were completely ignored, .Many excuses at every survey saying this is not done that's not done. Dates for delivery changed months later . I've been giving them approx. 10 lifts a year not even a phone call to try and get this resolved . They have now notified me that they have sent the team allocated for our job to another job and they won't be back for another 4 weeks . Our site is currently 2 months ahead of schedule but they are now saying they will need another 26 weeks from when they start on site . They were given the go ahead in Jan but using there famous excuse that u haven't chosen the internal spec of the lift. This has been going on and on and on .Bottom line for peanuts you get monkeys. Having a job on delays cost a lot more than have a cheap lift from Orona.This company has no respect to there client . I've emailed the CEO but of course no response. I've sent them photographical evidence of all items done but they have just simply ignored them .Think twice before using them.
