My wife kindly bought me some reflexology sessions with Eilis at the end of my pregnancy. Eilis was brilliant. The treatments were great and she was also really helpful with nuggets of advice for parenting too! My wife, my baby and I booked a baby massage course with Eilis, which was equally fab! It was a really lovely way to spend time altogether, to meet other parents and babies and the strokes which we learned are already really helpful and I'm sure will be increasingly so. We learned things that help babies with wind, colds etc,as well as strokes to help her to relax and to sleep. We would all highly recommend Eilis!

I had a really wonderful experience on a 4-week baby massage course with Eilis at barefoot therapies. It took place in her lovely home and she was really welcoming and accommodating. She had freshly baked treats and teas for us each week and she was really generous with her time when any of us missed classes and needed to catch up. I learnt loads of techniques in how to massage my baby boy which is such a beautiful bonding experience and I will carry these skills forward with me with this baby and any future babies I may have, thanks again Eilis :)
