Went here for my sisters hen to dreamboys.Left feeling dissapointed.I've seen Dreamboys on their live tour and this was nothing like it.The first guy did look like someone had pulled him off the street he is definitely not the cover page man.You know when McDonalds bring out a burger and the image is perfection, well stacked, sauce dripping and meaty? And then you get the actual product and its limp, dry and cold? Well that's what this was like.The doors opened late for the show leaving us hanging about too long. We were told we wernt allowed to que at the time stated.The room itself is small as it is in a nightclub.The chairs were rickity and in such bad condition one even snapped underneath a lady, causing her to crash to the floor.We were behind so many people that you couldn't see anything.Drag queen was great.1 of the dancers seemed quite aggressive with his moves really tugging on heads and body's.Some members of my group stood up near the bar so they didn't get touched.No toilet roll in the loo as soon as we entered. They hadn't been cleaned from the night before!Meet and great at the end was ridiculous. Had one of the dancers tell me he was really tired having come from a show in Cardiff.Wouldn't reccomend this at all

I couldn’t find my cloakroom ticket at the end of the night, so I was unable to take my coat home with me. This was on the 28/10/2023. I found it the next day and reported my coat lost via their lost items form alongside a photo of my cloakroom ticket. They didn’t respond. I phoned and left a message. They didn’t respond. I re reported to their lost and found. They didn’t respond. I emailed their customer care. They didn’t respond. 2 weeks on and nothing. My coat was in the cloakroom so it should have been super easy to locate. I’m at an absolute loss as to how to get my coat back.

Horrific place. I witnessed a bouncer smash an innocent man's head off the floor outside. He was unconscious and blood was everywhere and the rest of the door staff hid the bouncer responsible for it. They showed no care as to what happened. The man was in a very bad way when he was taken by paramedics. I've not got a weak stomach but it made me feel sick. I would never go back to this place again. Bully boy bouncers.

You never really know what to expect when you enter a prism but this one had nice and cheap entry.I was searched at the entrance but my belongings were not. (Found that a bit odd as there was a huge pile of trays)Drinks were an alright price but had no orange or Pineapple juice and the Bartender thought it was appropriate to put a double in a rocks glass...No security on the dance floor at all. Some guy started inappropriately dancing and touching my friend, had to leave as we couldn't get away from him.Other room closed early due to lack of people.

The venue and the music were amazing, but those small chairs all over the place are invisible in the darkness.At the location now.Ice bucket provided, but no ice in the VIP area.

worst clubbing experience of my life. fight broke out next to us leaving blood all over the floor, mentioned it to the bar staff and they gave us tissue…. to clean it up ourselves. not to mention the poor eighteen year old girl who’d got spiked with injection. vile place full of vile people

They took multiple venue entry payments from my bank account. It took me over 45 days and lots of chasing and still no result of repayment even though they admitted it was their error.Had to go through Mastercard to retrieve this outstanding balance.I would not recommend this venue or using card with them as their customer service were slow replying and very unhelpful.If I could put 0 stars I would!

Nice club, three different rooms to visit with a different genre of music in each.Overall a great atmosphere, it is nice to see a good club still in business.Would recommend if you're having a night out in Bristol

Went with my girlfriend and our friends to celebrate a birthday and A-level results we were in there about 20 minutes and my girlfriend was spiked by injection in her leg even though I didn’t leave her side all night it was just over crowded and shoulder to shoulder and we were in A&E from 2:30am until 8:45

Its a nice club with 3 different stages and each of them serves well depending on the time of the night. The bar was quick so you don’t waste time to get drinks.It was odd i have paid 12£ and 19£ on the same order and when I mentioned that the answer was thats the bill.
