I was assisted by the lovely Lauren to buy an anniversary gift for my partner, and she was absolutely lovely. Very helpful and helped me pick out the right bracelet for my Mr. Thank you so much Lauren, I couldn't have picked out a better present without you :)

I was helped on Friday by a lovely individual with dark hair and wore a green necklace and bracelet. She was very helpful as I had gone to exchange a ring I had gotten click and collect from the store. She was very patient and made convo beyond the exchange process, just general chit chat but made the vibe of the place very friendly.

Clean and sparkling, always a very busy shop. Very rarely do they have any sales in this shop.Would be a great idea for this company to have a Loyalty Discount Scheme.

Visited the store today to organise a replacement piece. Laura, the young lady who looked after us was outstanding from the very first telephonic contact through to the face-to-face visit. At all times, she was pleasant, personable, professional and courteous.She was a credit to herself and the store. A hassle free resolution that left us both with a compelling reason to revisit.Well done, Laura.Matthew and Claire.

I made a special journey today to your store to pick something special for my birthday. After returning an item to one of your competitors, I had spotted something that I really wanted. It was lovely to see your shop busy and doing business, however, I had politely waited my turn and was snubbed by who I believe is the Manager of the store! We weren’t even asked whose next? As a result I refused to spend my money in your store and to be frank ‘why would I when you can’t be bothered to acknowledge I am there?’Sadly I have therefore had to provide one star and this is only because it’s a requirement. If there was zero I’d give it! Disappointed!
