The Nail Lounge

I had my nails done right before the new year, to be honest the Facebook page looked better than it actually is. The technician used tips that she herself said she didn’t like and struggled to put them on. She then put the acrylic ALL over the nail right too the tip, the looked bubbly and chunky. She then went too file them down but failed massively. I have nails of all different sizes, different shapes, some are extremely chunky and wide and to be frank just a really lazy, unprofessional jobs worth. All nails on the side had not even been covered with polish you could see the pink on the side of the nail. That I was then charged £39 for. I will NEVER return too this salon or be referring anyone to go there and will warn people/friends which I have already by sending pictures just how terrible and unprofessional this Salon and the Nail Technician is. There are photos on Facebook of your lack of handy work. It’s embarrassing to be honest. I’ve never been more disappointed or in disbelief in my life. I would recommend training again for the technician. I’m happy to send you photos of the shovels on my hands.

Sara is a miracle worker. She saved my nails in January with very short notice, then Sara had to remove them with equally short notice. Sara is warm, welcoming (although she did threaten to cut my fingers off once but I think she was kidding). In any emergency she’s helped me and it’s a pleasure to go and sit & chat while I’m getting a full set. Sara’s nails are beautiful, I always feel great when I leave with my stunning nails. I couldn’t recommend Sara high enough.

I first had acrylics at The Nail Lounge after moving jobs and I noticed it was local to my new office. I felt welcomed as a new client and Sara did a cracking job on my nails, she always has amazing colours and glitters and foils etc in stock! My first visit was nearly 2 years ago now and I've since moves offices 10 miles away but I still and will continue to make the Journey to The Nail Lounge for the amazing service and great atmosphere. 5 stars !

I've been having my nails done with Sara for over a year now and I wouldn't go anywhere else! I've had my nails done for years and never had anyone as good as Sara. She's super creative and on trend. Her nails last amazingly and she doesn't damage any in the process.I would highly recommend her to anyone!

I cannot recommend The Nail Lounge enough, been going there for nearly 2 years and I’m always left with beautiful nails. Such a huge range of colours and glitters to choose from and the nails last so well! Best nails i’ve had, will never go anywhere else.

First time visiting here today and it has a friendly, chilled out atmosphere, Sara was so lovely and made me feel very comfortable. My nails are soooo beautiful, will 100% be making another visit!

Best nail technician I've ever used - Sara is professional, friendly, very experienced and fun! Her salon is a relaxing place to go, and come out with gorgeous nails. I would recommend you don't go anywhere else!
