Iceland Supermarket Hounslow

Today on the 9/12/2023 at 16:05 I placed an order with Iceland Hounslow West branch through Just Eat.I paid for Iceland Sweet Chilly Chicken pizza from their Woodfired range for £4 - recieved Iceland Peperoni pizza from their Stone Baked range for £2 - their Stone Baked cheaper range of pizza selection tastes horrible by the way compared to the Woodfired range of pizzas, which is why it is infuriating that instead of Woodfired Sweet Chilly Chicken pizza that I paid for, I recieved the different range plus a completely different pizza which I don't like at all.I paid for Iceland 12pk Large Free Range Eggs - recieved none.I paid for frozen Iceland Minced Beef and Onion pack - recieved nothing.The manager or whoever I was speaking to who answered the Iceland Hounslow West branch phone call from me started to tell a bunch of incompetent lies, so I realized there is no point talking to him further. I already got my refund back from Just Eat with the refund claim I submitted before calling this Iceland store and I would not dare shop at this particular branch ever again both online and in person.

Iceland foods HOUNSLOW WEST .I went this place to buy ham and when I noticed some flies in the packet I said my goodness what the hell is this , as I was in a hurry could not tell the staff about it and left the place.I was not happy with it.It was vrry awful to see like this .So I advice all customers of Iceland to please be aware of it when u buy something.

Good place to find some bargains.Easily accessible, right outside the tube station.Great variety

Great service and lots of products and great prices.

People employed in this place are incompetent. They put a price on the label and then at till it increases.I took a 24 pack water prices £3.25, at till it came at £3.75.I told the girls that was there, she's didn't believe, I went to take a picture, showed to her, this silly girl said that I had an old picture.She refused to go to check.I had to wait 15 minutes for this matter to be solved by a self-proclaimed manager dressed with no uniform, in plain clothes.I never went in again. I'll post photo of this i***t employee.

Where do I start !! No one working on the tills ! Staff are incompetent , next to useless , don’t know where their products are .. Could go on & on , better I’ve got better things to do . Finally went on n today Saturday at 10am , did my shop ( big shop ) was told at the checkout ( rudely ) to use the self service , which is laughable and to top it all , I asked if the home delivery was available and was told not today . I left the shopping and walked out ... They call this customer service ..

It will be the new staff...But they don't greet customers, I always greet but they don't answer, I'm sorry.I prefer to change supermarket.

Great local supermarket with variety of cheap items. I hate the layout though, how you are 'forced' to walk one way. Think it's to make you buy more things

It's a great local store, my only issue is the lack of products everytime I choose to go in, but for deliveries it's good.

Iceland store is situated in a convenient position at 288 Bath Road, approximately a 0.70 mile drive south from the centre of Hounslow, in Hounslow West (near Hounslow West Station). This food store is situated fittingly to serve those from the districts of Osterley, Lampton, Cranford, Hounslow Town Centre, Whitton, Hatton, Heston and Hounslow West. It is open 8:00 am to 10:00 pm weekdays & Sunday at 11am to 5 pm. They do have various types of food items n spirits n beers too. Iceland does offer a lot of schemes, discount & coupons. It is easily reachable by any means of transport as it is located on the main road. The staff is friendly too. A good place to visit for your daily needs.
