We have been tenants with Yellands for nearly 12 years. I have to say that Jackie is the best property manager we dealt with in years. She is always very professional and shows a lot of care to her tenants. I could not say enough good words about her hard work. Thank you for all your help and support thought all those years of our tenancy.

I’m a landlord and have rented out a flat using Yellands for over 30 years. I can’t remember ever having an issue with them. They have always dealt with things that inevitably arise, like repairs, in a professional and timely manner. Paperwork always in order. Obviously if you are a landlord looking to rent out, you should look around but the service you will get from Yellands should be very good based on my lengthy experience.

I was with Yellands for about 6 years. In that time I found them professional, responsive, attentive, approachable and friendly. If there was ever an issue or a problem a simple telephone call or email was all that was required in order to get someone out to me within a few hours. The most serious event were the flash flood rains causing my balcony and then my bedroom to flood - on a Saturday late afternoon. I was able to contact Yellands, 3 members of staff came back to me, all of them reassuring me and telling me exactly what I needed to do and what they were doing. I was worried about what the implications might be, the neigbours downstairs also got the rain from my bedroom. Yellands staff came round to assess the damage, ensure the work that needed to be done was actioned immediately AND that I was OK and reassured. When I eventually moved out, I received my full deposit back after the inspection in a matter of hours (not even days).I would not hesitate to recommend this agency to anyone - the quality of service is excellent as they are able to marry the best of being professional in their field with being approachable and friendly.

When looking for a flat, we needed the process to go very smoothly, efficiently, and fast as we were in a hurry to move out of our old place and were about to head on holiday for two weeks before moving out!! After months of searching before this and endless disapointment, we came across a property advertised on Yellands and I contacted Jay. I've had so many bad experiences with letting agents before this that I wasn't very hopeful. However, Jay very Quickly changed that for me and I instantly knew we were in good hands. He was nothing but helpful, responsive, and accommodating the entire time. We've been in this flat for two months now, and we've had absolutely no issues. Any query we have had has been dealt with in a professional, friendly, and personable manner. We still keep in touch with Jay over whatsapp and I feel we are in very safe and good hands. We couldn't recommend him enough!!!!
