Great station

Booked a train from Glasgow Central to Carlisle via Motherwell. Not one person could tell me what platform to go to .was getting told platform one but it wasn't up on board .finally got on the train on platform one going to Carlisle and it pulled into Motherwell. U couldn't make it up

Busy...but efficient. Trains come on time . Secure and security patrols..Mobility access points for people with disabilities

Glasgow, you will be missed!

Glasgow Central Station is very well organized transport hub. The entrance hall is spacious and full of light. It offers free wifi and free toilets downstairs which by the way are kept clean. It has also very good position in the city center and if needed you can easily walk to Buchanan bus station. I personally liked this place also from architectural point of view.
