Would leave negative stars if I could. Biggest cons I've ever come across, firstly got the diagnostic wrong, and secondly gave me a ridiculous quote. Luckily I've been elsewhere to have the same job done to know they were ripping me off. Managed to get my car repaired at a fraction of the cost. Avoid at all costs.

Whoever is on reception duties needs a course in customer relations-He is a disgrace-really lets the company down-I was ignored and pushed into the background while he dealt with other (presumably more important) customers.

Jammed open sunroof on my sons Mini, initially we were told the repair parts would be upwards of £2k that’s more than the car was worth! so the lads just tried to get it closed but I got a call telling me that’s not possible either! A couple of hours later I got another call informing me that they had managed to get it closed and secure! I’m delighted with the lad’s efforts and I can’t recommend this company high enough, and for their efforts it didn’t cost a fortune, myself and my son are very happy with the outcome, Thank youCar Electrical !!!

Very good customer service and knowledgable staff. Very helpful- have confidence and am pleased with repairs- although auto-electrics costly everywhere when done properly and guaranteed- would recommend and will return when necessary ☺☺
