got me out of a nightmare situation! lost my key, couldn’t find it anywhere, turned the house upside down but still no sight of it, was going to be late for work! found this service on here and thank god i did!! helped me instantly, picked the lock so i could finally make my way! couldn’t speak any more highly of Jim!!! such a reasonable price too, Jim’s your go to guy!!

This is the first time I have ever needed to use a locksmith. I needed my locks changing and I was worried I would be waiting a good few hours, but Jim came out straight away and got the job done in no time. He was so friendly and I would recommend him to anyone.

Our patio door lock broke, leaving our home vulnerable. Jim came out the very next day and secured the house immediately. Nightmare! I locked myself out of my house and found “The Doorman” on Google he came out promptly, fitted a new lock with great workmanship, did not take advantage of the situation being an emergency! Would 100% recommend.

Phoned to enquire about having a security check done around my property today to see if i needed my locks updated. Luckily I was told that I would have someone with me within the hour to come out and do the checks. A gentleman called Jim arrived to carry out the checks. He was very punctual and extremely professional. He explained to me about my locks and recommended some upgrades if i were to go down that route to make my home more secure. Jim was very helpful and more so polite!!! I can’t recommend him enough.
