I just bought an item from Tesco, Oundle, but having arrived home, opened the item I realised it was not correct. I had no receipt so went straight back to exchange/return.I was given the correct item in exchange, even though it had been opened, and also refunded the £5 difference in price. Absolutely outstanding service, cannot recommend any better place to shop in Oundle. Very happy customer.

Not happy with the customer service I have buy 2 same product but when I check my receipt it’s showing on receipt they charged me for 3 product instead of 2.so it’s worth to check the receipt while you r still in the shop.

Today, on the 19/03/2020 at 17:00pm, I was at Tesco and I was taking a picture of a chocolate to send to my brother and an employee started shouting at me really loud saying “Hey you, you are not allowed to take pictures in here.” I kept asking why I wasn’t allowed and he didn’t say anything, then He said “ Get out of my way”. Everyone was looking at me, I felt humiliated and embarrassed, I moved a way a little because he looked so angry and altered it looked like he was about to beat me up. I do not like what he did to me at all, I don’t know why he did this because I have seen a bunch of people taking pictures at shops and they are always allowed. I will go after my rights and I will do everything I can do. His name was Steve he was full of tattoos, I don’t want this ever to repeat. I am very mad.Thank you very much!

Good selection of items, usually the other express store I go to due to the distance from my house. They have a good variety of items and I am usually able to find something similar even if I can not find the exact item. The opening timings are quite helpful as well.

Very useful shop for collecting Tesco Direct deliveries saving delivery cost.There is additional parking at the back which looks staff-only but you can park there as a customer too, which is very useful as the front car park is often very busy, but the rear car park is very tight and requires a lot of tight maneuvering.
