We would like to express our thanks to Lucy and Gareth on the completion of our new bathroom. The total redesign has proved to be fantastic. The fittings were to an extremely high standard and they involved us all the way through on any decisions that needed making. Nothing was too much trouble. 2 bathroom re-designs and installation over 8 weeks. Lucy, Gareth and Ross became part of the family for 2 months. Even one of the cats misses them!Nothing was too much effort and they soon realised that I like the decisions to be clearly defined and quick to make. Lucy only ever came to me having already narrowed down the options so there were no delays at any point. The work was to a good standard and they took all the unforeseen issues with my house in their stride and dealt with them swiftly. I have since passed on their details to many of my friends and intend to have them back next year to complete more works.

Lucy and her team were great. Very efficient, with high quality work and an excellent finish. Always very personable and accessible.

Both our bathroom floors were redone, one with underfloor heating, one with carpet. Top class work, and done while we were away on holiday!
