We could not be more pleased with the work Damian’s team did for us. From start to finish the whole engagement was positive. Damian is extremely knowledgable and does not try to up sell; in fact he is keen to offer suggestions to save costs or do things more effectively.We had two radiators replaced and our home decorated throughout. The work was completed to a very high standard, started on the date agreed and nothing was too much trouble. The team worked long hours and managed the workload so that we had the minimum of disruption which was important to us as we were still living in the property. The price was very competitive too.We have already booked Damian to refit our bathroom next year. His lead times are indicative of how busy he is but we are convinced it is worth the wait.Thank you again Damian!

Second job that DSM construction have completed for us. Hardworking, work completed to deadline. Very conscientious. No issues. Would recommend if you want high quality reasonably priced work. No hassles through out.

When you're planning a building project, you never really know what you're letting yourself in for. However, from the moment Damian walked through our door, we knew we'd made a good choice. He organised everything for us, from getting the drawings done, and going through the planning procedures, right through to completion of the build. The quality of the materials (the oak windows and wardrobes in particular), the build and attention to detail was second to none. Also, I've never seen a team of builders work so hard! Top blokes!I don't usually do reviews, but Damian and his team at DSM deserve this. I can honestly say without hesitation that we would have DSM back to do any further building work for us.

We hired DSM to demolish outbuildings, remove internal walls, as well as build a single storey extension. After looking at lots of companies, we found Damian’s ‘all-in-one’ solution the best – taking care of everything from the planning permission, right up to completion. We also found it refreshing to have Damian make suggestions on how we can save money by changing certain aspects.We found the team extremely hard working, doing long hours, including bank holidays, and in all weather conditions, which we especially appreciated during the demolition stage, and quickly getting the new building up and watertight.The electricians were particularly brilliant – very happy to accommodate our vision for what we wanted. We were also impressed with the attention-to-detail of the carpenter who fitted our kitchen and internal doors.We are very happy with the result of DSM’s work – it completely matches our vision of what we wanted, and to a great finish.

I highly recommend this team of builders. They work hard and their work is to a high standard.

Great construction companyWe had a great experience working with DSM construction LTD right from the beginning. The quality of work is second to none. Their approach to the project was extremely positive and the attitude was as if building their own house. They accommodated every single request of ours. I do not recollect any moment of altercation it was just jovial and friendly conversation. Damian keep us well informed about every stage well in advance . The whole team was fantastic extremely hardworking. I do not recollect any day of their arrival later than 7:30 am and departing before 6:30 pm nor do I recollect them not working on Saturday. This hardworking attitude we rarely see these daysAs promised work was on schedule and finished on time . I I ever have any more extensions without doubt I will be using DSM construction LtdI highly recommend this company and they deserve success in every possible wayWell done team and keep it up!!

DSM construction team is extremely professional, skilled, hardworking and experienced building company. To begin with, we had chance to see some of their projects which showed their expertise in building work. Their quote was very competitive and they accommodated all our requests within reasonable quote. Damian kept us informed well in advance about plans so that we could order stuff on time. Project was completed to high standard and within time. What more you can ask for. Extremely pleased and recommend to anyone considering small or big projects.

Damian and the team commenced work on our extension earlier in the year but I have been waiting for them to finish before posting the review so I provide a fully rounded view. Previously we had booked with another builder but I had my concerns before they even started due to their lack of communication and reliability with finalising the plans. We then found Damian through My Builder and I am so pleased we did, best decision we could have made! From start to finish his communication was first class and he consistently replied within minutes of me sending messages/queries on what’s app. He was always very accommodating with my endless requests and patient with my indecisiveness lol. One clear thing to point out was that he was always very honest and good at suggesting alternatives to cut back on costs without comprising the quality of the finish. He also has a very hardworking and skilled team physically completing the work. They worked tirelessly the time they were here. There were a few challenges along the way which were out of Damian’s control with the supply of materials but these were managed the best they positively could given the situation and like I said he was very good at keeping us up to date. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Damian to anyone thinking of using his services and we look forward to using him and the team again in the future.
