Jodie and her team were fantastic. We were primarily served by Jamie with Ryan giving lots of information. Fab team who are very knowledgeable and have the patience of saints. They worked hard to not only make sure we got the package we wanted but also that it was at the best price they possibly could.Very happy with our visit and our new mobile phone. Will definitely be returning and recommending this particular shop to friends and family.Thanks for the fantastic experience (feels odd saying that about a mobile phone shop!)

A big thank you to Alex (known has little Alex). I lost my Yahoo account and called in the store. Alex tried so hard to find it for me. I had to call back in and he remembered me and the problem straight away. He then worked his majic and I now have my Yahoo account back up and running. Alex thank you so much.

Had to get a new 5G E-Sim for my new phone from insurance. As my old E-Sim didn't work. Came up with an error. So I spoke to the access for you team who helped me out brilliantly too, & I got told I could wait for the E-Sim to be sent out by post which could take 3-7 working days. Or I could go to the nearest branch to me and just nip in and get one. Also they help with absolutely anything you help with too.
