Visited in January 2017My daughter and her friend had the very reasonably priced teen package, consisting of a mini facial, manicure and pedicure. Both girls had a fab 90 mins and loved every minute of it.. I had my eyebrows threaded, best shape I have ever had from threading..Highly recommend...

Fantastic Spa day today for my sisters 50th Celebrations at Treetops Retreat. We were welcomed into this beautiful clean Spa by such friendly staff. The place is decorated to such a high standard that you feel instantly relaxed. We were shown to a private room for just our party where we got changed into the soft fluffy towling dressing gowns and cute pink flipflops.Once we arrived into the pool/ Spa area, Angela told us all about the facilities to use and settled us in. We were told to bring whatever food and drink we wanted and Angela provided us with plates and glasses and set all our goodies out for us to enjoy.We all felt so comfortable in these lovely surrounding and started our 2 hour package with a glass of bubbles. The beauticians came to collect us one by one over the following couple of hours and we were all really impressed by the beautifully decorated treatment rooms. Everyone recived different treatments which left us totally chilled out and feeling great. After your treatment you return to the Spa area where you enjoy the rest of your Spa experience.Totally recommend this fantastic Spa and we will be returning. Thank you to the gorgeous team there.

Amazing! Lovely staff and facilities.Clean. And the treatment was superb. AgeLoc Galvanic Facial, I couldn't believe the difference after just one treatment. The lift and glow of my skin was amazing. Highly recommend it especially to mum and Nan who pay out for Caci. This was much better!

I had a manicure done there, it was supposed to include an arm massage (as advertised online) but it didn’t. We were informed by staff later, that it doesn’t fit within the time scale (I think management is not the best is staff cannot offer what is clearly advertised). We weren’t offered anything to drink and nails are not done very well... cuticles not nicely removed, and painted so thickly... not going back.

Went there with my family over the weekend. I had a great experience. Host was very warm and helpfulThe pool was clean and we also had a sauna. Kids just loved the experience. I will definitely go there again.

Staff is amazing at Tree Tops. They always try to accommodate your needs. The pool is lovely and warm. The pool area is clean and tidy too. Both changing rooms and always clean and have a nice warm shower. From peaking, the treatment rooms look lovely and cozy. I always see the staff cleaning which I think is important in an environment such as a spa. Highly recommended.

I've used the pool area a couple of times as private hire. Friends have hired for children's parties. It's a fair sized pool with a sauna and an amazing hot tub. You used to he able to rake your own food and drink but theres now signs up saying you cant. I go to have my eyebrows waxed monthly its £7 so fair price. Parking is easy.

Had my daughter's birthday party there, had a swimming pool party it was brilliant we had the use the pool and jacuzzi for a couple of hours everyone loved it. Staff were helpful and friendly. Would defiantly recommend it! Thankyou for providing a lovely time.

If you fancy some me time with some pampering I highly recommend Tree Tops you get the privacy of the spa being the pool Jacuzzi and sauna then a wonderful massage (If that's the treatment you book) . If I could go weekly I most certainly would. The place itself is quite private and the staff are friendly and very welcoming .
