Been coming here at least a dozen times already (and also before the shop was relocated to where it is now).More often than not I come in to trade in stuff (i.e. games) I don't want anymore, because said trade in values are reasonably priced and higher than whatever value you'll get from GAME, both in cash or in-store credit value.So I came in yesterday to trade in a few Switch games, some amiibo figurines and a third-party controller. Staff are as friendly and talkative as I remember, and though it took a little while for my cashier to test that the controller was still in good working order (otherwise, why sell it if it doesn't work?), the trade-in process was fairly swift. Overall, highly recommend for good trade-in value and quality used games at a reasonable price.P.S. Trade in prices for games, electronics, movies etc. can change regularly, depending on how new it is, rarity and other factors. I'd suggest beforehand, check prices on their website so you'll know how much cash/credit to expect when trading in.

Avoid this place been twice now, staff rude, not friendly at all and if you do try and sell anything they make up stupid excuses and all the items were working perfectly. Just buy your items online and stay far far away from this place…Visited on September 1/9/2023 around 1:15-130pm.Girl that served me had NO customer service skills.

Staff are very knowledgeable and give good accounts of goods.Sales and displays are neat ,are well displayed. With many top of the range up to date tech at very competitive prices.. First port of call .

I wouldn’t even give a star if it wasn’t a google’s rating system where you should give a review with the star. Lazy staff with a terrible customer service. I think I was well dresser and totally not deserved judgy look. I was terrified Monday morning when I walked inside the shop but had to wait for the staff to look at me and stop pretending they are busy. The young man gave a judy look and had no will to work or whatsoever told me they’re working on a bank transfer basis, I told no problem with that at all. I don’t carry cash and I don’t need cash in hand. But when I showed the product he again said we don’t do. It just makes no sense when In London they tested themselves and had no issue like that before. Not coming back ever again and wouldn’t recommend to waste their times there.

Very rude staff apparently online business is more important then serving a customer in the shop that is what a member of staff actually said. I have tried number of times to go through the website u provided but hasn't worked I understand that it's a busy place u had 2 staff members on and a queue there was no reason 4 a staff member 2 b so rude and say online customers r more important I think u should look into getting new staff r put them on customer service training

Great store great prices, but do not try and contact them by phone as its a short message then they hang up.

Very good place to buy games and films sell your goods for cash or vouchers. Nice little shop, staff are friendly too.

What a waste of time plus the staff is rude. Don’t Waste your time in this Place. Go to cash converters more better and nicer.

I have used this place for some time and in general it is ok although unless you get there early prepare to que for some time before you get served.
