I have bought and sold enough cars in my life to have a good judge of what a seller/dealer is like and my recent experience with Magari Automotive has surpassed them all. Initially my contact via email was with Nick who was only too pleased to answer my numerous questions , very patient and after seeing the car would have a lot of interest, I paid a deposit and made the trip down to them. Chris was my main contact after that and he was super friendly, helpful and informative. It helps that he is a petrolhead and unlike many dealers, it was helpful but also relaxed, no pressure. I was left to look , poke and prod around the car for ages and then spend a fair time going through all the paperwork before a test drive. MOT was offered on the advert but time restraint meant it could not be done but the cost was taken off the price and finally all sorted. Drove away a very happy chap and since then the only niggle has been that no sign of the V5 yet ( but that is out of their hands) and upon closer inspection some bodywork repairs have been slightly under par but have not detracted from the car or the service I received, thank you

I’m not one to normally leave reviews but after the recent service I received from Nick, I couldn’t not! Recently purchased a BMW M2 from Magari Automotive and can confidently say it was the best experience I’ve ever had when purchasing a car. Nick at Magari went above and beyond with preparing the car to a high standard and ensuring the sale went through smoothly. Not to mention the constant communication I had from Nick throughout the entire process. He’s enthusiastic about cars and clearly knows his stuff which made me much more comfortable during the process. No pushy sales tactics, car was as described and priced very fairly. Couldn’t recommend the guys at Magari enough and will definitely be back.

Purchased a Mercedes ML63 from Chris and have been very happy from the first phone call, to the viewing and then the after service. Great cars, easy to deal with, friendly and they have done everything they have said they were going to do.

Very Good Experience from Magari Automotive. I made an appointment to travel the 200 miles to look at a car they had advertised for sale after spending time studying it and comparing it to other like vehicles. Chris very very helpful by answering questions without pushing or persuading me, leaving to leave my own mind up. Chris offered to help me by picking me up from Fareham rail station and prepping the car “to go” in the event that I wanted to progress to purchase. Chris was waiting at the stain, next to the passenger exit. He drove me straight to the premises, passed me the keys and documentation and left me to peruse the car at my own pace, by myself inviting me to go into the office if I needed help.The car was exactly as they had described and so I was very impressed. The company are clearly fastidious in the way they both prepare and present their vehicles.I obviously purchased this vehicle, and Chris was so helpful with guiding me through the process of transferring money, VED, insurance etc.I drove the 200 mile return journey back home and 3 weeks later I am so pleased with both the vehicle and the way these guys helped me.

Recently bought an Abarth from this dealership and the experience was great. Chris and his team were so welcoming and presented all the cars very nicely. Would happily buy more cars from them in the future! 10/10This is what i said originally. After a week the battery was dead and incorrect for the vehicle, the drivers side tyre was illegal tread due to the tracking being shockingly out, and the exhaust had a rattle and an exhaust leak. They were extremely unco-operative and reluctant to assist. I had to pay for the majority of the work to be done even though those issues should of been pre sales checked.I now 2 months later have a check engine light and have lost complete confidence in the dealer and the car. I wish to reject the car but even then its still ongoing 2 weeks after my complaint which i made to the finance company due to the dealer being incapable of taking responsibility of any previous issues that i had. I would not recommend this dealer anymore. The sales experience was fab, the aftersales is terrible. Such a shame.

I would recommend buying from Magari.Chris was helpful, knowledgeable and friendly when buying our car.We haven't had any issues with our car so far and we're very happy with our purchase.All the other staff we encountered were friendly and accommodating too.Tip to make the experience better...Offer hot drinks when making the sale and completing all the necessary paperwork.

I recently purchased a BMW M4 from Magari and must say it was the easiest, pressure free car purchase I have done. Chris was polite and accommodating throughout, there was one fault found post purchase (which no-one would have known) but the after sales care is second to none, the issue is sorted thanks to Magari and I am back enjoying the car. I will most definitely use Magari and Chris again.

Bought an Audi S5 convertible from Chris and the team in May 2023. Very helpful team and dealt with my part exchange fairly. I’ve had the car 3 weeks and no issues so far. Everything was as they described. A good experience so far.
