I had a really peculiar experience with this company. Firstly, this phone number is not registered, I only realised this afterwards. I booked a car rental through their website but didn't receive an immediate booking confirmation. About an hour later I received an email from a gmail address supposedly confirming my booking and asking for scans of my passport, bank statement, drivers license and credit card. This looked suspicious so I tried to phone the number here (not registered) and then the number on the website but just got to an answering machine. I decided to cancel the booking and replied as such to the email. I got an immediate response to say it was cancelled.

Very content with the service of car-hire-uk. Swift reply to any request by email and clear and to the point communication.The car was in perfect order and in the assigned place, close to the trainstation where we arrived; no problems whatsoever.Required documentation (passport/utility bills) is standerd practice in the Netherlands, so i see no reason for concern.

Awful. Decided to go against my better judgement and book despite the site looking like someone who learnt websites in high school built it, only to get a confirmation" much later asking for additional details. I sent the details (which in hindsight I probably shouldn't have done) before my booking just to be told that "Can't process in time and we are at capacity".In short

Quoted me £1400 for a fiat for 3 days.

Has to be easiest place we have used to collect from at Ashford car was great, and price could of been better :) but overall service is really good and based inside the terminal building will def use again
