First time in a Job Centre since 1980, expected the worst but they were great. Elaine and Prash were helpful and friendly.

Phone twice, first time cut off, second time spoke to the most unhelpful person possible.I was calling about one of my apprentices being given the wrong information only to be cut off by the very unhelpful person and put through to universal credits. This was of no good to me whatsoever.Poor people who are in desperate need of work, benefits or general help getting someone so awful and unhelpful to talk to.You should be truly ashamed of yourselves.

This is my first in a job centre in 5 years. This one Staff wasted my time, had to go more than three times for the same appointments and only to find out my claim is now closed, why I don't know. People should remember that you never know where you will find yourself tomorrow through no fault of your own, and the fact is you still have bills to pay or you get in deeper mess.

Been on the phone waiting to be answered, it’s now 45 minutes and still waiting. No wonder there’s comments that it’s a great place to work because by the looks of things they don’t seem to do anything.

Best check before going for an appointment here if disabled or have a child in a pram as the office you need to go to is on the fourth floor and lifts are seldom working. There is about six or more flights of stairs to walk up.I find this disgraceful and should be looked at by department heads as anyone with any kind of health issues would struggle the stairs.

My sons been going here for years and still can't find a job.... I think they are really teaching people how to play computer games all night and sleep most of the day.....

Does anyone actually work here? Don't answer comments or questions on journal and can't answer phones.... Not fit for purpose

poor service by poorly qualified staff, they don't really care about you or the work you do and espacially do not give a monkeys if you have a health condition which limits your capabilities to work, they treat the public like scum and think everyone is a drug addict who only wants a quick fix i am fed up of public service workers being so vile towards people who try their best to find jobs we are all not lazy time wasters who dont want to work some of us have had well over 200 interviews in addition to this the mandatory work fare slave labour is rubbish and don't forget the sanctions for not filling in your diary the way they want you too sorry but the diaries are lame and are no real help especially when you find out you are always applying for the same jobs again and again, also the out of date vacancies are pathetic on their job points or the non existent ones too
