Nightmare experience with this company, very quick to come and take money from you but almost a month later, we haven't received invoice and warranty and the issue is not rectified. Calls and messages are being ignored and although I managed to speak with them once since we paid, they are yet to send us anything and quickly backtracked on the recommendation made. We were charged what seems to be double what the market cost for that work is and the problem is still there so overall, it seems they just convinced us to do work we didn't need and are now gone with our cash. Will be seeking legal advice and file a complaint with the Trading standards. I would not recommend and certainly won't call this a 5 star experience based on what happened to us
