Absolutely direMissed a salad off the order.Gave me normal cheese instead of vegan cheese even tho it was specifically asked for due to a dairy allergy.Added random sweet corn onto a sub when not wanted and missed off cucumber.No double meats, no double cheeses

Ordered through Uber eats obviously didn’t read the order correctly added cheese to my sandwich which leaves me in agony with a pre existing condition I have, thanks subway for the long night I’m going to have in pain, for a large order placed which came to £54 I’d expect it to be correct!

Woman behind the till - had a subway headband on, could tell she was new but took care and attention prepping my order, was not just thrown together like all the others you visit. Very tasty and thanked me for my patience!Great service from you ☺️

I got a chicken teriyaki sub with spinach, lettuce, onions, pickles and sweet cornWhen i got the subway it had only the chicken and the sauce I also ordered wedges and I got 6 wedges never ordering from here again rubbish

This subway was out of stock of the sandwiches we wanted. So the alternative was adding extra cost. And the food was terrible

I go there to order 3 subs and 1/3 where done properly the other 2 had ingredients that I didn’t want also the workers do not even speak English very well so it keeps everybody waiting it really annoying and the packaging was bad half the thing in the sub when I open it fell out and when I tried using a gift card it didn’t work (I’ve tried using gift card multiple times now there)

There really isn't an atmosphere here to rate in real terms as it's inside a petrol station shop, but the staff seemed more interested in talking to one another than serving the customers.The service as a result was painfully slow, I've rarely seen service as slow at any other Subway location and this was a relatively busy lunchtime period.The food itself when it did arrive was to Subway's usual standards. Nothing to complain about here, but it's never going to knock your socks off either.

Asking £1 extra if you need cheese in your sub…? The lad behind the counter told me that because it’s a privately own subway we charged £1 for cheese. If you going there you have to have cheese less sub or ready to pay £1 extra for cheese. What a joke !It seems like they are stealing money from customers.Save your self and go somewhere else for sub where honest people are working.

This place is awful they take money but no food I tried to phone the shop no answer what do I do know for my food hope they refund me money lost out on as food not turned up and on just eat it says that my food has been delivered and no food
