Berwood Court Care Home

Can't speak for anyone else's experience in working in berwood court but my experience was awfull as a employee I have 24 years care leval 5 nvq and I have never been treated so bad by management like I was a slave, management are rude none approachable and poor management skills, I was employed as a senior and then over ruled by management on more than 2 occasion also abuse as in drag lifting happens in everyday manual handling which I disagree with and was reported by more than 2 senior and was dismissed it still goes on to the day I left, also I experienced racism on a big degree I would rate this place 0 but had to give 1 star I wouldn't put my loved ones in here untill management changes

Well I can only speak as I find: staff kind caring and hard working. Nurses knowledgeable and attentive. Management has always been professional and helpful. I've been in and out of berwood for 4 years and have no cause for complaint.
