Poor follow up, No contact for 5 weeks.Update: Just got back to us today 18th Aug after we posted the review above.The initial contact via video chat was very good and the information provided was beneficial and easy to understand the video call itself was also very long (a good thing) as lots of information was provided in that time, but the long delay after paying for the initial consultation was not very good.We were due a letter/email of the details discussed in the call and were made aware it would take a while but 4/5 weeks is too long.Quiet possibly lost our business as first impressions are very important to us, we were made to feel our project a (small garage conversion to annex) was not important or grand enough for this company to deal with.
