Great Barr Cars
Weds Aug 9 2023: Booked taxi for 21.10 from Perry Barr to New Street. After several calls it finally arrived at 21.38 - meaning i missed a crucial train connection to get me back to Sussex and had three-hour early-morning wait in central London (not fun). No explanation or help from switchboard, though sympathetic driver waived the charge. No follow-up call or apology from GBC. I may just have been unlucky, but I'd advise caution with this company, and personally won't use them again. One star (for the driver, nothing else).

This taxi service people are very rude with customers, I was trying to book the taxi they picked the call and after they just dropped out no one responded.The men who answered the call he was very rude.

Thanks to the driver who took me from the Sacred Heart to the Scott Arms pub last Saturday. Unbeknown to me my mobile had fell out of my pocket in his taxi. He later came into the Scott Arms to return my phone. Its good to know this company has good honest people looking out for their customers. Well done!

Service to Birmingham airport at three in the morning, service spot on. Very reasonable price. And they always look after my elderly mother when they take her to the social club. Very polite driver.
