A good supermarket . We live locally and use it regularly. Pleased it has survived the arrival of Llidl . Helpful and efficient staff . Great selection of bottled beer . Recommended .

The older till staff are incredibly rude! I don’t really like going there unless I have to. It’s a shame really, they let the store down as the younger staff are always polite

Totally agree with previous reviewers, the older staff are downright rude and ignorant. Basic manners like please and thank you are non existent, they think you are a hindrance. Sack the lot of them, get some people in who actually care about customers. Starting with the manager!!Would give -1, if Google allowed!Absolutely shambolic shop

Pretty certain it must be a requirement for the counter staff to be unnecessarily rude. Staff should be less abrasive considering their customers put up with the over inflated prices. Literally only went there because Lidl was out of strawberries.

Atrocious service, this is evidently not the first OR second time people complaining about the rude service. The older staff are SO SO SO RUDE, asking my 10 year old cousin to wait more than 10 MINUTES for a receipt whilst serving other customers?! This short haired woman really needs to reflect on her stinky attitude, maybe that’s why you’re not getting anywhere in life. Would prefer Lidl any day.

Very spacious and welcoming when you enter, very new and looks appealing. Staff are nice. Plenty to choose from. Prices could be a little better but really convenient. Free parking which is a bonus.

Good variety of fruit and veg. Good deals on food. I also use their click and collect service Good parking

My 12 yr old son has taken a real shine to their Jack's brand, pepperoni pizzas. He won't eat anything else!!

I had never been to Budgens because a friend of mine went there once and it was very expensive.I wanted to try the too good to go App so I bought a magic bag (cost me £3.99 and they say the real value is £10.00).It is disgusting that they give you red stickers food which they would throw away tomorrow with a value of no more than £2.50 and say that it has a value of £ 10.00.Will never use too good to go again and will never put my feet in Budgens again.I do not RECOMMENDUPDATEThe bread you saw in the photo was given to the swans ....it was moldy.I think those people at Budgens should be ashamed of themselves..Think people should think twice before using the too good to go App....
