Kingdom Firewood

Kingdom Firewood were recommended by Kinross Stoves, the people who installed our woodburner. Literally a week after moving in I called Callum and he arrived two days later, it was the middle of December, our house is in the middle of nowhere and with him he brought a large bag of beautiful kiln dried wood, firelighters and kindling. We have never used anyone else's firewood, why would we, it's brilliant. The wood is the perfect size, the kindling is large wood chips and catches really quickly, and now they have coffee logs which whack out so much heat. Callum has since chopped down some trees in our wood and the whole company continues to provide such excellent customer service. So from our first visitor 2 years ago to our regular supplier, I can honestly say, best decision ever to pick up that phone and order my wood from Kingdom Firewood. Thank you Callum and team - you're awesome!

After waiting 11 days for the delivery, the bags were dumped on the drive, with total disregard to my partner’s request to place them on pallets we had prepared, to avoid the wood getting wet. All he had to do was to drive a further 15-20 meters along the drive and place them where we needed them. No customer service whatsoever. Will not be using them again.

Can’t find a better long burning log than the ones we get from Kingdom Firewood. Give of a great heat and burn slowly to make that heat last longer. Tried the new coffee logs this week and are amazing. Delivery after ordering is quick and polite AmaIng company can’t fault them at all

All staff, from office to delivery are brilliant and really nice. We ordered kiln dried hardwood logs and they are really good quality. Burn really well and don't need to use many to get a fabulous heat output. Thank you.

What great service! Ordered online and was emailed a couple of days after to let me know of the delivery day. The chap that delivered them was very helpful and gave us advice of how to move the logs easily down our stairs and into our log store. The logs themselves burn slowly and hot! Great company and will definitely order again.

I recently ordered the small 1.6m Nordic barrel sauna from Kingdom Firewood. From start to finish, the service was world class. Callum and his team worked really hard to put together the sauna quickly, efficiently and to an exceptional standard. They also went above and beyond by arranging the electrical contractor to connect the sauna to the power. The sauna itself is terrific. It comes up to a decent temperature (around 80F) within 15 minutes. It fits in my small garden well without taking up too much space and it really feels like I have my own private spa. The look and feel is of excellent quality. My only issue now is that I spend too much time in there! Thanks again Callum and team.

As I don't always have my Raeburn Rangemaster on, I previously used supermarket logs.... big mistake! What a difference using kiln dried logs and they work out loads cheaper. I also buy fire lighters and kindling chunks and once I have got a fire burning I often use the hemp or coffee logs too. A friendly, local company. I would also recommend their Facebook page too as they run giveaways quite often.

Delivery was prompt and the logs were delivered to a to my requested location. Logs burn very well and are a mixture of different tree types and sizes. Very pleased and would recommend. I will certainly be ordering from Kingdom Firewood again.
