I brought my car to change front break pads and for MOT ,we called for a appointment we explained that we need the car for our holiday and if they can do it in one day , we brought the car around 10 am in the morning, around one o'clock we called to see if the car was ready but it wasn't, we been told around half four pm will ready . At half four we been at the garage and was not ready, we been told that they will receive the pins for the break pads later and they will call us when is ready, at 6 o'clock we called but no answer, we gone to the garage and was closed with our car inside, next day in the morning they started to lie that I haven't told them that I need the car ,I told them twice and twice my missus, at 11 o'clock my breaks was ready but no MOT, I asked if they can do the MOT but they said they don't have the time ,last time at this place ,AVOID

If I could have given a zero I would , had my car 8 weeks told it was running as the petrol leak had been fixed ? Never answer phone & had just enough of the lies and being fobbed off so had it picked up . Guy who picked it up was then told they’d never had it running and the chain had slipped ? So another lie take at your own risk ! I’ve a car now that was running before it went there and now probably needs a new engine, very very dissatisfied and feel like I’ve been cheated , obviously new they’d broke it and just then left it for me to get annoyed so I picked it up so they can wash there hands
