Lovely store. Easy to get round. Good signs where items are. Ross on Wye great place to visit & this is a lace to go. You can eat here too - shop then dinner before the next Adventure.

Lovely selection of plants, and a great new collection of flower bouquets ideal for presents as they come in gift boxes. Plenty of parking and an amazon parcel station.

Visited Ross on Wye with a friend and decided to have a drink and a bite to eat here at Morrisons..good atmosphere and choice of food available but I must say I'm not a fan of QR codes and to see this system in place here was a no no so I opted for a prepacked sarnie.

The Bakery is great and obviously fresh with a lovely atmosphere and wonderful aromas. It's a shame that the cafe is not in full operation since COVID, but you can still get coffee and cake.

Used to be an excellent shopping experience, but the cutbacks have been severe....I'd often use this store in the evening several years ago. Hardly ever much of a wait at the checkouts. Helpful. friendly and chatty staff, some great bargains to be had when things hit their date, and a generally good shopping experience. A lot has changed, they've axed a lot of checkouts so it's either join a long queue of self checkout, the staff seem to have been cut back so they're under more stress and pressure and it shows. The 'bargains' aren't so good as they were. None of the 90% off these days. Lucky to get half price and it's a toss up whether to just get the full price fresh stuff instead. Customer service has gone massively downhill. I've got time to write this review because I tried ringing to see if I had left something there. Years ago you could ring a Ross number and speak to someone. Now I've just been holding on an 0345 number for the last 20 or more minutes, which it took ages to navigate to. The robot did say a 57 minute wait and I believe them, but I just can't do it.Some of the staff are excellent, but I feel the workers there have been let down by cutbacks from above. Pity.

I was recently in the area so popped in for the loo and a few drinks/snacks. The store seemed pretty good from what I could see. The toilets were clean.I remember when this store first opened in the 1980’s as a Safeway!Cash point, parcel services on site like Amazon. Also a petrol station on site which is handy.

By far the biggest supermarket in the town though not necessarily the best. Pretty wide range of products but a lot of their stuff is more expensive than the likes of Asda and Tesco, but having not much competition they can get away with it. Plenty of parking. * You can now recycle soft plastic here, plus old batteries, cage in the entrance *

Visited this store four times whilst holidaying in the area. On three of those visits there were no baskets available at the store entrance and I had to go searching for one myself. Compared with my local store I really liked the wide aisles, making it so easy to move around. Only one member of staff in the self service area is nowhere near enough. It is not fair on them that they have to try and cover the whole area and the customer inevitably ends up waiting too long for assistance.
