Very nice people. They explained the features and operations very clearly. I gor the test drive and liked the car.

So This happened. See screenshot. Long story short . I bought a used tesla from independent dealer with few problems with the car. He was happily paying for the repairs. Until the next morning he refused to pay for any work,(Look at the damage to the wheel in photo attached) because of Tesla’s so called service Trained technician called the dealer directly, not me who actually owns the car. But the dealer directly to inform him that we think the damage to the suspension,steering, brakes could have been caused by kerb damage on the wheel. I mean how bad technician you would have to be to make this silly comment. Now he is not paying out thanks to Tesla. I will have to take this to court. Thankyou Tesla MK

Very professional and approachable staff. Lovely waiting room. Super efficient - dropped car off with 2 issues at 8.30 and was done within an hour! Plenty of chargers available on site :)

Painless experience- easy to find with a comfortable lounge area where you can do some work or relax while you wait for your Tesla service.

Hello. A very adequate diagnosis of the front of the Tesla Model 3 was carried out, the problematic parts were found and replaced with new ones. Great attention from Alex and good job.

Good service, but can do better by cleaning the wheels when they cause it to dirty them whilst they service wheels(alignment and replace tires)

We booked our appointment 9.15am and they didn’t take the car for service until 10.55am. After 15 minutes they returned our vehicle.My point is why are we waiting in the refreshment area that much time for this simple job. Why can’t you arrange a good system. You are wasting our time. If you take our car at leat 9.45am I am not complaining you. That is acceptable but you took 1 1/2 hours to take the car to the workshop. If you give us the slot around 10.30am then it will not waste our time.

Prompt. Efficient. Friendly. Knowledgeable. Replaced groaning front suspension upper arms with the latest revision. Comfortable waiting area that even caters to well-behaved children. Needs better snacks than Jaffa Cakes ;-)Much better than the service I got in Barcelona where they charged me €1400 to replace a defective screen that should have been covered by warranty. Dispute pending.

It's just a service centre, but there's a place to wait and have a coffee or drinks while you wait. You basically drop off the vehicle and go sit. Then when it is done you go and drive away. All communication is via the app unless you ring the doorbell and then someone will come help you. The staff is very friendly and will try to sort things out quickly.
