Smithills View Campsite & Events

basic campsite, nice host and pitches very spacious.fires provided. theres a fridge, shower, washing station and a seating area undercover incase the rain makes an appearance. our kids loved the basketball court and climbing. very relaxed atmosphere.lost a star due to a very inconsiderate group keeping the camp up till the early hours, staff were unavailable to address the issue's.I loved the site.

Site is ok, Nice and peaceful but the look of the place is a bit down trodden. There seems to be a lot of 'farm rubbish' lying around which is not aesthetically pleasing on the eye. The toilet and shower facilities are present but leave a bit to desired. The grass was quite long also in the camping field. I can see what the owner is trying to do but the site needs to be a bit smarter, in my opinion

Spent a night at this campsite and it was just what we were looking for. A lovely little spot, spacious pitch. The place had a really nice feel about it. Loved the naturalness of it and the eco vibes. It was also well maintained and clean. Particularly liked the basketball/ games court and the zip line. Would love to come back for a full weekend next time instead of one night. Thanks
