I left this gym due to it always being overcrowded & the members not respecting the equipment. It’s also very warm in there at night. Equipment is good & the staff and PTs are friendly, the people who use the gym are the ones that let it down and they made me feel uncomfortable.

Much better organized than JD gyms.Cleaner, brighter, always more machines available and just makes you want to push yourself. The only drawback is the distance but then again there is no gym that can match the 24 hour convinence , at the same time having all the necessary machines and ample space.

Need to get the broken entry door sorted, I'm having to cut short my workout to get into the queue to leave. People are also having to queue outside in the cold & rain to get in. It's been broken for weeks on end now, you even shut down for 3 days last month and still didn't get it fixed. Why can't you let people use the side door? Sort it ASAP otherwise people (including myself) will go elsewhere.

Strengthening your lower back muscles is one of the important things to do to avoid injury and I am astonished what type of gym does not have a hypertension bench, probably the only gym I’ve seen without one

I can use my Live it membership in all the gyms, it’s great as I travel for work. I love coming to the gym group in Bolton because the staff are so friendly they remember who I am and ask about things we talked about last time we interacted. The classes are absolutely amazing and always push me to do more. Very clean, I see the staff constantly tidying up and cleaning

App experience is the best i’ve ever seen, the weights are of great standard (i’ve been to some gyms with no pins in the machines, ripping apart etc), management is modern, entry to the gym is streamlined and faultless, facilities are great. Overall, this gym is better than others I have tried before- especially since it makes the most out of its space. There is a great abundance of opportunities for fitness as well as variety in what you can do. The value for money is outstanding.

I would not recommend The gym to know one. The reason for that is that in their contract they are able to increase the amount you have agreed to pay in first place when they want and you do not have choice. ACCEPT that or other ways cancel your membership that's the 2 only option they give you.Been a membership with the gym quite a while and In the last 2 month saw from my bank that the amount commigm out was different and they start taking it without a consultatoon or without asking any agreement. And they not willing either to put me back on the previous payments. So be careful.

Really clean gym with plenty of machines available and for the price you get a lot. The staff is always friendly and happy to help. In times of economic pressure the gym is offering an affordable way to keep fit. Only issue is the air con - as it does get hot in there during busier periods.
