Brilliant service. We phoned in the morning needing a lock on our front door and they came out in the afternoon! Very helpful chap. We also went to get some more keys cut in their shop the next day and, again,the two chaps were extremely helpful. I would highly recommend this service.

Hi work for a company that had a security issue with a the lost of a master key. Talked to the staff at Croma Portswood and the they able to discuss the issue with me, we came up with a full change of locks which included over 40 locks and 140 keys. The staff were able to order sweet and cut all the locks before the end of the week. Brilliant staff and service. Thank you

Really quick and efficient key-cutting. Good value too. Key works perfectly. Whole key-cutting process took about 3 minutes and parking right behind the shop.

I recently had a great experience at this shop. The staff was knowledgeable and friendly, helping me find the perfect key for my needs. The shop had a wide variety of keys, and the prices were reasonable. The service was quick, and the quality of the key I purchased was excellent. Overall, I highly recommend for their excellent customer service and quality products.

Went in to enquire about a particular lock retailing around £80-£90 wanted to actually purchase 4. Asked the chap behind the counter if he could tell me the best price he could offer showing a photo of the light lock in question. I wouldn't know the price not sure if we have it". No attempt to find out the price or if he could get hold of it. Terrible service. Obviously not interested in making a sale or serving a new customer. First time and only time I will visit here. Absolutely shocked."
