Booked a castle for 2 days easily via email.Fantastic communication while booking and in relation to the drop off/pick up.Really good quality, clean bouncy castle.Reasonably priced for a 2 day hire and late collection.

For me this is the best inflatable hire company in the Midlands, Always satisfied with their service! Booked 3 Castles so far & I've not been disappointed even once, will continue to use their service in future! Definitely Recommend to everyone!

We've been getting various castles for our kids birthday parties and never had any issues, excellent service. Always punctual and a friendly team ensuring all our needs are catered for. The castles are of high quality and available in many fun themes which keeps all the kids and adults entertained well into the evening. No need to look else where, i would definitely recommend!

Absolutely disgusted with the service! We booked a bouncy castle for an occasion, and they didn't turn up. Couldn't even be bothered to inform us and then after trying the number many times, the phones were switched off!! Only book them if you want to be let down on the day!!+

Booked a bouncy castle for Saturday 4th June 2022. They said they will arrive between 9am-1pm on the day. They did'nt turn up, called the number - no answer. They still have'nt bothered to make any sort of contact to explain what happend.Now that I have read previous reviews, it seems like a common trait with this company. They have ruined a kids birthday party. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.

I can honestly say this was the best experience I have had with any bouncy castle company. Wonderful, friendly but greatly professional staff. Always on time, always very clear and integral with what they claim! EXCELLENT prices also. The variety of castles are second to NONE! both boys and girl ranges are incredible, they are colourful, vibrant and excellent quality. All the kids had an amazing time (Each of the 6 times i have used this company!), just booked for the 7th time can't wait till next week and kids are excited too. Not normally one to review but feel I must here. I booked this company to provide a bouncy castle for my wedding. The company reassured me they had all insurances etc. I paid the deposit and a few months later I requested proof of their PAT and PLI certificates as the venue needed them. They said they would send these then never did. They stopped replying to any of my messages, calls etc. Over a month has gone by and I haven't heard from them. So I guess they are just gonna get away with my deposit and not even turn up to the wedding. Now 3 weeks to the wedding and i need to find a different company.

I recently booked 2 bouncy castles from this company for a charity event.Despite clearly outlining the need for the castles to be on time on and off site, the men delivering the two castles turned up late, and offered no reason to sincere apology. One man was overheard saying I'm ****ing wrecked and now I've got to set up a ****ing disco dome..."This was at a children and family's charity event
