I ordered two Doritos King regular box meals. I looked at the website and thought, £5.99 for a double cheese burger, 5 Doritos Chicken fries, regular fries and a drink, sounds a bargain. I should have known better. We all know the photos are done in certain ways, by using props to hold things up. The meal is so tiny! You couldn't even class it as a starter! The burger is actually a lot smaller than a macdonalds kids happy meal burger. The fries are in a tiny bag and are a very small portion. I opted for the barbecue meal, there was hardly any sauce on there. On the photo it looks like the cheese is melting on the edge, you may need to add more cheese yourself. This is the perfect meal, if you are one of 'The Borrowers' BK should be more honesty with their advertising!

I went there this evening around 21:30pm I order double bacon cheeseburgers meal and it taken them 10 minutes to make it and when it arrived to table I was shocked by size of burger it’s like £1.19 cheeseburgers from McDonald’s and tasted like the microwave burgers from Asda and the bacon was uncooked.Cleaning area 7/10 unfortunately there was loads of ice all over refills.Is it worth it No way

Staff still training as of December 20 mistakes made through drive through so check orders before you leave. In store slow delivering orders-had to return bacon double cheeseburger as bun was hot patty was cold. Overall not busy but manager looked flustered barking orders at staff to get food speedy and ready.Clean store and some pleasant staff

Updated as receive a £100 parking fine for visiting this BK with non visible signage.. I would suggest going elsewhere otherwise expect a fine off the cowboy parking that operates here. Spoilt an otherwise nice visit.......Quick service, staff were frendly, food was freshly made, restaurant clean and well maintained and toilets were clean.

Shocking experience, had to wait for at least 45 minutes for food when the restaurant was empty. Food was bland and soggy. Please avoid for an unpleasant experience.

Really bad. Burnt small burgers with some tiny squirt of cheese sauce on. Dunno how they could call it The Big Melt". Doritos chicken fries were just normal chicken fries with a tiny bit of flavour powder on them. Parts of order missing. But given when confronted server. Really quiet almost ghost like place. Strange because it's in the busiest part of town. Hardly anybody in. No music. So all you could hear were the teenager staff giggling with each other talking about nonsense. I used to enjoy BK when it was in their old location. This place I will not visit ever again."

It being quiet we didn't think the food would take too long. Yet it took a fair while due to orders for delivery which seem to be a priority. Thus it was while sat at the table I ordered some extra sides and another burger and it arrived 2 minutes after our original food order, (which took about 15 minutes).Thus if you're planning on dining here, use the app, preorder your food for pick up and then take a seat!Also... Check your sauces as they messed ours up!Good luck.
