Tesco Express

Costa machine never working properly, every time I try and stop for one there is always something wrong or it needs restocking, which is great when the staff can’t even find the keys for the machine and it’s clearly during rush hour to work so people don’t have time to stand around and wait for it. Surely making sure it’s stocked and filled should be part of the store’s opening checks? It’s always on one certain drink I select, always just comes out as milk and syrup with no coffee, it’s literally a coffee machine? Needs fixing.

Come here alot for few bits staff are lovely but for the 5th time now theya have had no milk which i find ridiculous and just irritating

Apart from the lady with short red hair and the lady with glasses and blonde hair (who are fabulous) - the rest of the employees at Tesco’s are awful! My wife once had a (confirmed by HQ) plastic bag chewed up by a machine inside her Allergen-free meal. She choked on it and I returned it all separately wrapped (meticulously) for the manager. This was the packaging, barcodes and evidence. He (bald head) couldn’t care less and just grunted when I explained and handed him a written statement. I spoke to Tesco HQ months later for an update and apology. Customer service stated the manager had advised there was no evidence to be returned and he had destroyed what I had prepared! He also destroyed the letter which had the serial number so they couldn’t do a recall. Absolute negligence! Luckily I took photos (to Tesco HQ’s dismay) so they had to deal with it and used the photo to contact the supplier. The very older lady with blonde hair is so awfully rude to me and other customers, as are the young women who just sigh and seem as though they are too miserable to utter a word. Great staff , very convenient and usually stocked with what's needed.

Costa Machine is either out of order, no cups or no milk!So frustrating as you take time out on the way to work to grab a coffee and you can never get one.Needs sorting, not hard to keep the machine stocked up.

Handy little shop, but they need to put in more surveillance to stop non badge holders parking and taking up disabled spaces especially the flashy mercedes that thinks it doesn't apply to him no-one from Tesco looks at these reviews

A small Tesco, open until late on most days. The staff seem ok. Not much to say about this store really, it's a standard Tesco Express really. The word that comes to mind is average, it's an average store, and the customer service seems average. It's a handy store to have near by , especially as it is open later than most other stores.
