Exclusive Lighting
I needed some help replacing one of our customers' Lamp Post. I had spoken to probably 25-30 different lighting companies regarding a specific Lamp Post our customer required, with most either fobbing me off or telling me to contact the manufacturer (who had already told me the line had been dis-continued and I needed to find someone who had stock). I spoken to Cheryl, who for no reason apart from being a helpful person, went above and beyond to attempt to help me find what we needed. When she had exhausted all her avenues, Cheryl then went on to offer me very close alternates which our customer eventually accepted, would 100% reccomend, just for the customer service value, keep up the good work.

I simply cannot rate Exclusive Lighting more highly. Cheryl’s customer service from first contact to delivery was second to none. She took time to understand what we were looking for, understood our circumstances and this was without even meeting us. We only communicated via messages and email. In a world where customer service rarely exists, Executive Lighting absolutely nailed it. Thank you so much for going over and above.

I am extremely happy with the pendant light I purchased from Exclusive Lighting. It is stunning, and was competitively priced. The customer service was exceptional. The staff member who served us was very patient, friendly and informative. The owner, (Cheryl), spent a lot of time checking that our dimmer would support the pendant and that the pendant would fit inside the ceiling rose. I will definitely be purchasing from this shop again. Thank you Cheryl.

I purchased 2 chandeliers and 5 wall lights from this company, there service was second to none. Customer service/after sales was brilliant as we had a few very minor issues which they sorted for me with no quibbles. Would 100% recommend if you are looking for any sort of lighting, give them a look first, you will most certainly not be disappointed and Cheryl is so hopeful as are all of her staff.

My wife and I were looking for a chandelier lighting piece for our living room. We came across Exclusive Lighting and really liked the store from the outset. It offered a wide range of options and Cheryl discussed them thoroughly with us. Further, after having made our purchase, she was also exceedingly helpful when it turned out that we required a replacement, even video calling us although she was on leave to ensure that the replacement was dispatched at the earliest.
