We used the Dine At Home menu from The Little Kitchen Company, which made our family's Diamond Wedding Anniversary lunch very special indeed. I was very pleased to meet the chef in their impressive kitchen & he very kindly explained how to heat & assemble the food. We had great fun 'plating up' on the day. The Dine At Home concept was just right for us! The food was utterly delicious. The 15 of us across 3 generations of close family enjoyed it immensely - it made the occasion! Hannah and the team at The Little Kitchen Company recently catered for our wedding in Ropley, Hampshire (May 2023). A marquee set up with 135 day guests and 200 evening guests. From enquiring to the wedding day, the service was 5*. All of our changes, random requests were dealt with quickly and professionally. Even having a dedicated member of the team making sure my dad's glass was never empty during the meal! The team were very professional on the day and we have had raving reviews from our guests about the food. I would recommend for any party, event and wedding. Thank you so much for helping make our day so perfect and memorable.

Excellent wedding catering. The Little Kitchen Company catered for our wedding last summer. The food and service were perfect. The team was very flexible with menus and were able to come up with a vegetarian main course that was ideal for us, as well as catering for some tricky dietary requirements.On the day, Lyndsey and the team did a fantastic job - we had so many compliments on the food, but best of all was that the team let us as bride and groom enjoy our day, and if they had any questions at all they asked the bridesmaids. That was so highly appreciated - thank you!The only caveat is that we didn't feel the pricing was completely transparent. We had several meetings in the run-up but ended up with quite a few things being added on after the quote stage which we felt could have been considered earlier. In fairness, we had some specific requirements for the venue so this may have been difficult for the team to anticipate.At the end of the day, this didn't take the shine off the fantastic service and we had a great experience with the Little Kitchen Company - definitely recommend!

The Little Kitchen Company are such a lovely catering company. We met Catherine and Lyndsey at Froyle Park and they are brilliant - friendly, knowledgeable and they really understand the wedding industry. Definitely recommend them for all your event dining needs.

I arranged a retirement party for the senior partner of a local solicitors for approximately 90 guests and used The Little Kitchen Company for the catering. Vicky and her team were exceptional.Each and every member of the team were exemplary – polite, attentive, professional and an absolute credit to their business.The photos do not do justice to the buffet that was provided and I have had so many messages about the quality and variety of food.I would not hesitate using them again and recommending to anyone who had an event however large or small. Well done everyone!

As LKC work in partnership with my wedding venue, I was requested to use them as my caterers. 5 stars for the service, the team were first class, professional, well organised and made sure everything was perfect. It really was perfect and I would like to take this opportunity the thank LKC and the team that the day ran incredibly smoothly and my guests were happy. I am grateful for their hard work and efforts on one of the hottest days of the year it is very much appreciated. Well done!Poor communication: Communication in the run-up to the wedding was poor starting with a cancelled photo call. LKC response to this is “The cancelled phone call was due to her son being run over that day, it wasn't appropriate for anyone else to take the call as she was managing your details at that point”. I have spoken to 4 different people since then! It took 2 weeks to rearrange a follow-up call. LKC response to this is “this had to be rearranged which I understand was inconvenient for you” the truth is it took 2 weeks because I had to work around their limited availability, I work full time, have a 2-year-old, and was organising a wedding plus it was my hen do that weekend and now I’m left feeling to blame The call took place, it was disturbed due to having to change media four times, the environment was not appropriate for our call with multiple people in the back group and signal problems. It would have been good to have received a list of questions before the call as I was ill-prepared. LKC response to this is “Sadly we don't have huge office space and our meeting room was already booked out that day; we always prefer a face-to-face meeting” I was not offered a face-to-face until I complained. On the call it was agreed that the function sheet would be sent that evening, so that I could fill in the missing information. I did not receive this, the day after our call I emailed the outstanding detail. I further emailed to make sure this had been received, 2 and a half weeks later I got a reply saying she had been on leave.Food and wine tasting were not offered: If you are happy not to understand the presentation style or taste of the food and wine from a catering company then this is not relevant, I was not comfortable paying £5,000 on this basis. LKC response to this is “Tastings are not included as part of our Chesil offering - I may have said previously that not every client wants or needs one and so as it's an expensive element of the lead up to the wedding to add to every client's bill, however we are now discussing including this and costing for it in our quotes going forward as an optional payable extra.”The complaint: I was stressed and panicked at this point, I complained and was offered a face-to-face meeting which did resolve most things and I was given a bottle of each of the wines to taste. Further to this we also did do a complimentary starter tasting session, the main and dessert courses were not allowed. I would not have chosen our starter however we were in a position less than 2 weeks before the wedding that we needed to make a choice.A takeaway meal: My 102 Grandmother who lives locally could not make the wedding day, thoughtfully I wanted a wedding meal to be delivered to her so she could feel included. LKC response to this was “We unfortunately wouldn't be unable to deliver food to your Grandma as the team will be busy on-site with you on the day.” No alternative was suggested, but further to my complaint we did manage to agree that an individual portion would be available the day before for me to collect.The food: The main course was delicious however did not look how I expected, it was described as ‘slow roasted sirloin of beef, dauphinoise potatoes, baby vegetables, red wine and thyme jus’, it would have been better described as a roast dinner. As I had not seen or tasted it beforehand, I was left a bit disappointed although I do love a roast dinner, the attached photo shows the menu photo which I presumed was our main vs the reality. The dessert was the best part, who doesn’t love profiteroles?

Working with The little Kitchen Company was an absolute pleasure from start to finish. The communication from Lyndsey & Cait was excellent and they were so helpful with putting together our wedding menu. They arrived on time and the service to our guests was superb.The food...OMG the food, it was incredible. We had so many compliments from our guests saying how good it was. Rare roasted beef, Wiltshire ham, seafood platters and amazing middle eastern vegetarian platters with all the sides. Everything was fresh and super tasty,Would give 10 stars if I could.

The Little Kitchen Company catered our wedding at Chesil House. The food was incredible - the best I can remember having at a wedding - and many of the guests said the same thing. The customer service on the run-up to the big day was good, although it was a little disorganised and the communication could have been a little better.The service for the canapés was perfect (we were particularly impressed with the little silver platters of food prepared for myself and the groom!). The only tiny dent on the day was that for the main meal there were very few (I think only two) servers, and so the top table had already finished our meals before the last guest had their food.Overall though, I would definitely recommend LKC for wedding catering.

The Little Kitchen Company are excellent! We hired them in 2021 for our wedding which took place in June 2023 at the Spinnaker Tower, Portsmouth. Throughout the time from booking to event the LKC were easy to contact and made the effort to keep in touch to discuss planning and to do what they can to assist us.We were able to book a tasting session which was so incredible, we were immediately so pleased we chose LKC from first bite.On our wedding day, despite delays out of their control from other suppliers, the LKC remained extremely professional and poised. The food was absolutely incredible and could not be faulted. Our guests were extremely well fed and we received so many compliments on the dishes - especially the flatbread, feta, beetroot hummus and salad starter which went down a treat. All the staff working our event were so friendly and approachable and this goes for all members of the team at LKC over the two years we have been planning our event with them - a special shout out to Hannah and Cait who were very attentive. Could not recommend enough!
