After a number of issues with them recently (taxis just not showing up after pre booking), this journey was on time and Alan our driver was lovely, super chatty and happy, restored our faith after being reluctant to use them (and only as the alternative firm was unavailable). If only all experiences with them were like this we’d continue to use them as our go to service. Great work Alan

Disgusting service from taxi number 138 refused to take me from Bridgend train station to Shepherds vets because I had a cat in a carrier. I have done this journey countless times in with this taxi service. This man sat there and watched me wait 20 minutes with a distressed animal while I waited for another driver. Absolutely disgusting! You should be ashamed of yourself. DRIVER 138 YOUR A HORRIBLE HUMAN BEING!!

Fine going down to bus station but on my return journey, I went into the office and couldn’t wait outside as they were closing. I waited about half an hour in the rain for a taxi that I had been told, would be 15 minutes. The taxi that eventually stopped was not my taxi but he stopped as he saw me waiting In the rain.

Positives..On time,driver polite. Negative ..very bad smell of smoke.Not good for my chest with.lung cancer and copd.
