Really happy with the service provided, had engineers from 2 other companies come and try to install my Yale L2 smart doorlock but we’re unsuccessful.I then called IOT homes and they sent a really helpful lad, got it all connected up with no issue. And he then spent an additional hour walking me through the entire setup, installing the app on my children’s phone and making sure we all knew how to use all the functions.Extremely happy with the service, can’t thank them enough!

Came round today mounted tv and soundbar, made sure everything was how I wanted it.made wires all hidden and tidy. Highly recommend if you need this done. Top job!

Ali is a highly skilled installer. Extremely courteous, professional and super responsive. He knew what he was doing and took the time to explain things carefully. It was also obvious that he was doing a great job training his apprentice that he brought with him, and being polite, kind and patient with him - the best evidence of a great tradesman.
