I had the trainer lilly do my hair and would highy recommend her and i am really happy with the cut and blow dry and i highly recommed this hairdressers and i am going to every time i need a haircut

I normally pop in here to get a fringe trim as it’s not to far from home, Sometimes they can do it & sometimes they can’t, so I’ll normally return when it’s a bit quieter, I have noticed that there is no atmosphere here & nobody smiles, customer service is awful, in-fact i feel uncomfortable going in and asking for a fringe trim as I’m made to feel that I’m just wasting there time, well today I can honestly say I will never go back, I was told that I’d only have to wait a few minutes which was ok with me but I did also need to be somewhere else by 6pm, I was waiting for almost 20 - 25 minutes, I know that the young girl was at the counter with her customer while her customer was completing a form, the young girl also went out the back to do something, answered a call & welcomed another customer in, in the meantime I’m still sitting there waiting, it would of taken the young girl literally 5 minutes to trim my fringe whilst her customer was filling the form out but she just sat there doing nothing, in the end I had to pop out quickly but said i would be back within 5 minutes, when I returned I was then greeted with the words, my other client has turned up now, there was no apology just a stare from her & her colleague, these stylists really need to learn how to treat there customers instead of making them feel like they are a burden. I can honestly say that I definitely won’t be returning to this salon anymore.

I'm really disappointed with service. I asked for dry cut because then I can see how my hair will looks like however she wet my hair and let me go with wet hair outside. I think she did not want to dry it because already knew that cut is wrong. She said layers but my hairs are ruined now. I have sfort on the front ans there is big step with another section. That looks horrible. £40 for something like that!! Not recommend at all.

My 3 girls and the Mrs used to go there when they were on our door step at Newton leys. But alass it closed down and never reopened. It was a bit on the pricey side but my girls were all happy with the results. And I got to admit all of their hair looked very nice when it was done there. So if they were happy I was happy although it cost me anything from £80 to £120 a visit depending what hair style and treatments were needed and depending on the hairstylist we used.

My daughter and I love having our hair cut by Liam. He really listens to what we want and talks us through our options. Friendly salon, easy parking and great service
