I cannot recommend K R Martin enough. Within 24 hours of my initial request I had confirmation of Johnny come to provide a quotation for a new boiler. He was friendly and helpful, talking me through different options. The quote itself was, compared to other providers, great value for money and the work was completed to a high standard. Their customer service has been excellent and I would certainly use them again. I'm pleased to have found such a great local firm!

Disappointed with the customer service. Had a query over an invoice and the woman I spoke to tried to talk over me the entire time. She wasn’t interested in my question or in helping me at all. Very unprofessional. Came off the phone feeling disappointed in how someone who is in a management position handled the call.

Utterly superb experience with this company. We had just moved house from Aberdeenshire to North Yorkshire. Stuart attended to an issue with our bathroom taps quickly and then proceeded to help us with other issues around the house. Nothing was too much trouble. Super friendly and professional. If only all professionals could be like this. One of the best experiences we've ever had with any company. Superb.
