Good morning Maria. Thank you again for yesterday. It was perfect with many lovely little moments within the great whole experience. Felt so relaxed, floppy and peaceful yesterday. neck and shoulder is definitely easier and hopefully will ease further over the next day or so! Money has been transferred with a little extra for luck!! Habit i picked up in India and so i hope it does and you can move into your house soon whilst travelling down the Ayurvedic pathways! Maria gave an intuitive full body pregnancy treatment, where I felt completely held. The intention was to relax and ground and by heck did she create and hold the space. wHer passion of body work and knowledge of the Ayurvedic approach is contagious and I want to soak up all her wisdom. I'm Looking forward to my next treatment and would definitely recommend Maria to anyone who wants to learn about themselves and give themselves time to heal.

Maria has a deep understanding on different technics which she seems to be constantly nourishing.I had an injury climbing on my shoulder which prevent me to keep training for a while and after a couple of sessions with her I felt notorious improvements.Very relaxing state into the reiki that she guides through breathing and healing of the massage.

I'm so glad for this!First I had a consultation with Maria (the therapist) lovely girl so empathetic and understanding, she seems to be really precise and carefull, we went through my daily activities, my diet and life style in general. Things that I consider more than essential in a consultation. She suggest me a Marma massage and I never been so relieved in my life. My back was full of tension and knots and she knew straight away how to get rid of those. Amazing atmosphere and the product that she use smells incredible. Those hands are magic! I have had many massages over the years but I can say for sure that the massages received by Maria were the best by some considerable distance. I felt 100% relaxed, so much so that I drifted off to sleep for a moment! Afterwards I felt like my body was lighter and all the small aches and pains were gone.Maria also told me about ayurvedic massages and the benefits of them. I was so impressed and intrigued that I booked an ayurvedic massage also for the following week. My ayurvedic massage was every bit as good as my first one.... she taylored the massage specifically to my body type that she understood from her background knowledge of ayurveda.
