The Glades Car Park

Definitely need to update the signs about the car parking rules. If the car park gets locked and gated at 9pm. Customers should know that! Although it says 9pm close - it doesn’t not state that there will be absolutely no access to the car what so ever! And don’t put a sign that says after 6pm it’s £1 car parking!!! It should state “ From 6pm until closure of car park at 9pm £1”.Horrendous customer service when I asked about how to retrieve my car and the guy just stated that it’s on the website.But then it doesn’t state what will happen to the pricing of the ticket if I have already paid the after 6pm price and it’s technically is an over night stay!Just awful!!! Absolutely confusing and definitely don’t park there after 6pm - totally rubbish!

This is the worse car park I have ever been to: you drive round in circles for ages before you reach any parking bays, the layout is very confusing there are no obvious maps of the the car park and no clear stores guides to help you find your way around. I spent ages trying to find my car when I wanted to leave. I was totally stressed by the experience and will certainly never visit the Glades again.

Lost the car in the car park! Not the best designed car park. Due to design - lots of drivers having a hard time trying to manuvre there.

Absolutely horrified that having parked in the Glades car park to go to the theatre, I cannot now access my car. I’m not from Bromley but how ridiculous not to have decent signs to inform me it closes at 9pm. I’m furious,

Not a good car park if you aren't experienced at parking into tight spaces, especially if it's packed, but there are a ton of spaces. The prices are decent, I paid £3.40 for 3 hours, and you pay at the machine before you get into your car

Convenient parking for the shopping centre, though a slightly odd layout and not great lighting in all areas.The parking entrance is a bit odd with the roundabout circular driving path up a few floors. There are clear signs for the number of open spots, costs, and generally for which zone you parked in (which you should definitely pay attention to as otherwise could be difficult to find your car).Spots are average width for Britain - not generous but normal sized cars fit.Pricing was fine, we paid £3.4 for 2.5 hours on a weekend.

Parked at this car park twice both times in a different vehicle and had the same issue when trying to leave that the barrier wouldn't rise after scanning my ticket and have to wait a long time for someone to answer the assist button at the barrier at which stage there will be plenty of angry drivers behind who are blocked and cant get out as your car is now blocking the way. The assistance who answered the call today was very rude and unhelpful. Won't be returning to park here again.

The turning radius going upstairs needs to be tighter. I cannot Tokyo Drift up with such large lanes.

Really small parking spaces and quite confusing ticketing systemPark across the road. Much better and has a pedestrian bridge into the glades anyway.

Rather stupidly as I was in a hurry for an appointment, I parked then on return forgot where I had parked. I would like to thank the security chap and very helpful lady in the hub who looked on their cameras and found" my car. Very many thanks from this " senior moment "man. I know what to do next time."
