My first time here was incredible! James made me feel so welcome and made my experience just amazing! Loved to learn so much about what lush is all about! Every time i come here the staff are amazing and can’t do enough to help, they always offer advice and recommendations keeping to the stuff that i like but also offering similar products when the one i was after was a seasonal item.i came here yesterday on a very busy Saturday and Minnie was absolutely amazing! kind and bubbly even checking the stock in the back for something that i wanted, helping me decide a new bath bomb to try. 10/10 customer service she is a credit to Lush!!!

My little girl visited your store with her aunty who was purchasing something and was fortunate enough to meet one of your lovely staff members called Hannah. Hannah played with my four year old , showing her lots of different bath bombs and showing how the samples dissolve in water. Her playful and kind manner really made my little girls day. To top off a magical visit she gifted my little girl with a bath bomb and wrote her a little note on it. Hannah I hope you read this so you know you are a credit to the Lush team and they are very blessed to have somebody as lovely as you with such great customer service on their team . Thank you so much for making a little girl very happy

Had a fantastic visit shopping in Lush last weekend. My partner and I was struggling to get a Christmas present but luckily we meet Rachel. She was so patient, friendly and very helpful. I've been to Arndale Lush yesterday and had a fabulous experience. The girl who helped me to choose all the amazing products named Rachel was very knowledgeable, polite and had a sweet smile. Rachel knew all the answers to all my questions about the texture and ingredients of the products. I would definitely recommend Lush to all my friends as all the cosmetics they have are natural, have amazing smell and last long. Helen.

Daniella assisted us today and she was the loveliest lady ever! We went into a room where we was able to sit and she set up a lovely interactive display of the new collection ‘snow fairy’ we were able to test everything in the collection and her product knowledge was amazing! Not to forget her personality was unmatched, she made the experience ten times better, so glad we came into the store today and left with everything we were looking for and more! Rachel was so so helpful today. We tried tested & tasted every delicious product. She patiently assisted answered all our questions & advised where & when appropriate!! Go Rachel. @Lush management it’s time to promote her now!! To be honest all the staff were equally keen to help & full of good information about the array of natural ingredients, ideal use & benefits. We left laden with sustainable natural skin & hair care products.
