The coaching sessions I had with Cara were very supportive.As a busy working mum, also in the process of finishing my studies and launching my business, Cara wasvery good at helping me decide and focus on my priorities.Her set of skills and knowledge around mindset was really helpful in allowing me to see things I wasstruggling with more objectively.At every session, she provided a safe and supportive space for me to share all my thoughts and feelingswithout any fear of being judged. Even though we both have very different lifestyle demands, she listenedattentively, had a genuine interest in me and understood me very well.
