Fantastic experience with this business. Martin was very responsive and fixed my laptop quickly. When a further fault was identified he was very quick to respond and then only further charged me for parts and not his time.Excellent value for money and service. Would highly recommend to others.

Martin diagnosed a potentially failing hard drive to my laptop and replaced it promptly with a new SSD. Excellent customer service and great communications. Unfortunately the new SSD malfunctioned within a couple of weeks. (Hey, these things happen). What impressed me was Martin's response. New (larger) SSD installed under warranty within 24 hours of me contacting Martin.Great service, great response to an unexpected problem and peace of mind.Can't recommend Martin and PC - FIXED highly enough.

I am absolutely ecstatic with the service and quality of Martin's work. I sent emails out to numberous local businesses requesting a quote for a custom built pc. I had all the components already (Black Friday shopping).Within 36 hours of sending an email to PC-FIXED my gaming beast of a machine was collected, built and returned with all my specifications and requests adhered to, with the care and attention normally reserved for a newborn child (which is exactly how i view this new monstrosity of a gaming machine).His price was almost on par with other quotes from local competitors (slightly less), but the service, quality of work and quick response to communications are certainly superior.I would recommend Martin (PC-FIXED) to anyone.
